The staff was very nice and professional! I was impressed when Anna called me back to let me know my car wouldn’t be ready because it didn’t meet her approval! I greatly appreciate that they kept me updated and also answered all our questions when we called in to check. They got my car in and out quickly and it looks amazing! We are very impressed with the job they did!!! I have already told everyone I know to take their vehicle to Gerber Collision for their vehicle repairs! They will be my first call anytime I need repairs on any of our vehicles! The whole team is amazing and do great work! I also greatly appreciate them setting up enterprise pick up and bring the rental returned for me!

We were very satisfied with the repairs on our Kia K900. Y’all kept us updated and we greatly appreciate that Anna our service advisor wasn’t happy with the first repair and she called to let us know it wouldn’t be ready. That really means a lot when we didn’t have to go up there to find issues. There was an issue where our insurance hadn’t updated the claim type and the lady at the counter got ahold of my adjuster and got it corrected! We were also very pleased with how quick our vehicle was repaired! We will definitely be returning customers to get any of our vehicles repaired and I’ve already recommended y’all to friends and family!!! Thank you for everything, your staff is amazing and the repairs on our vehicle were great with no issues.

The all did an amazing job! Great communication through the process. They do their best to meet all deadlines. I would highly recommend. They even came in on a Saturday to deliver my car. Love them!

Went out of there way to make you welcome when you came through the doors of the facility and Ana made sure I knew what was going on with my vehicle and also it was another employee that help me why Ana was with another customer . So far I'm pleased with the work and know If I have an issues with it they will get it handle.

The experience from beginning to end was extremely professional and accommodating. I had a bit of an issue scheduling my time to come in and book the rental vehicle but I was very cared for and accommodated for. That was of my own ignorance and I never felt judgement or discredit for doing so. The work done in the vehicle was immaculate and made it look better than I had left it. Everything was explained and covered extremely well and the open communication for any ongoing issues is greatly appreciated.
