Went out of there way to make you welcome when you came through the doors of the facility and Ana made sure I knew what was going on with my vehicle and also it was another employee that help me why Ana was with another customer . So far I'm pleased with the work and know If I have an issues with it they will get it handle.

They delivered my vehicle before the date that they gave me Ana is hands on explaining things to me also it was another lady that took care of me while Ana was helping another customer I'm pleased with the worked so far they made sure if I had any questions in the future they would take care me as long as I had my vehicle .

The experience from beginning to end was extremely professional and accommodating. I had a bit of an issue scheduling my time to come in and book the rental vehicle but I was very cared for and accommodated for. That was of my own ignorance and I never felt judgement or discredit for doing so. The work done in the vehicle was immaculate and made it look better than I had left it. Everything was explained and covered extremely well and the open communication for any ongoing issues is greatly appreciated.

Such professionals. From the time I walked in the front door I was greeted by receptionist who greeted me like she has known me, and yet very professional. I was introduced to Anna and again I felt very comfortable talking to her and leaving my truck in her care. Anna kept in touch with me on everything that was going on and what the next step would be. The day I picked my truck up well, I fell in love with my truck all over again. I strongly recommend them without thinking twice. Thank you all !! “WOW “ what a team.

Disappointed in the staff at the facility, they rush you and make you feel like an inconvenience. Additional cost were required due to them being hasty and pressuring people. Going to pick up my vehicle and it wasn’t even ready that day. They just didn’t check to make sure everything was done before calling me to tell me it was ready and then whenever I told them I had to work that day and it would be a couple days before I could get there they made it seem like another inconvenience that I wasn’t able to come right when they expect you to come.
