Pros: -Repair finished before estimated time -Damage to vehicle was repaired very professionally -Outstanding paint work (not a lot of collision shops take time to blend mismatched colors so its unnoticeable; this was done to perfection) -Very communicative -Very friendly staff (shout out Jessica, front lady Stephanie, and the tech, can’t remember the gentleman’s name) -Very informative -Fixes mistakes they make with 0 argument Cons: -My GPS unit was Tampered with (disconnected from OBD for no reason, it has an outward facing OBD Connector on it), on this same note they do outsource some work, so it may have been an external vendor -My car was taken over the speed limit, Documented 81.6 MPH -Car was seemingly taken for a lap around the highway- stopped in an aircraft supply / church parking lot for no discernible reason -Car was dirty/dusty upon receipt, foot prints on floor boards inside that were not present prior to dropping off, mud on bottom of vehicle also not present (to my knowledge) prior to dropping off -Rim was scratched in the process of replacing tire, apparently this went unnoticed until I went to pick up the vehicle. (This was repaired cost-free without issue) -Alignment was way off upon receiving the rim, which also should not have gone unnoticed when calling to retrieve the car (This was also fixed by them cost-free to their credit) Car: 2023 Ford Explorer ST Overall good experience- I’m an impatient person, which is where a lot of my irritation came from here, but also things that should not have happened happened This is not a shot at this shop- every vehicle owner should always inspect their vehicle upon receipt from any shop- sometimes mistakes happen, noticed or unnoticed Would I come back?
