Pushed me to go up on Sat 5.9.2026 @ 1000 hrs. [Even though they were CLOSED!] to meet Mike to get my car when I said I would just pick it up on Mon 5.11.2026. Showed up Sat 5.9.2026 @ 0955 hrs and SAT THERE until 1020 hrs. W/biz CLOSED, NOBODY THERE AND THEIR VM FULL!! Had to leave a green 'sticky' note of evidence we showed up. Up picking up my car on Mon. 5.11.2026 [AS I ORIGINALLY WANTED TOO] All the front desk lady did was profusely apologizing and offered NO COMPENSATION for my list time on Sat. When I asked why I was being a deductible since I REEARENDED & NOT @ FAULT she took my $$ anyway and said USAA would deal w/it. I went home called USAA and they said Gerber SHOULD NOT have charged me the deductible!!! Now I have to wait a week to get their check on something I SHOULD NOT have been charged for. Don't know IF I'll ever be back! Gerber did fix my car quickly and Anna kept me on the loop weekly on repair status. She was very nice. BTW Mike came out @ apologized for not being there on Sat. [Which was nice] but I still lost put on 2‐hrs. Of work on Sat. Due to this fiasco!!
