In the beginning I set an appt to have an estimate done the same day I had to reschedule, then set up a day to drop off for repairs and had to rescudele that due to overbooked appointments. When the new date came I got a call once again asking to reschedule. Explained that I had already made arrangements for a rental and someone to pick me up so I was finally allowed to bring my auto in Other than all the rescheduling. Everything was wonderful

It took 2 months for a simple repair. The wrong parts were ordered multiple times. I would never on god's earth use Gerber again

Told the estimate person that the drag plate on bottom of car was one of the main things I wanted fixed it was zip tied under neath she said would make sure it was done got call the car was ready got there to pick up and looked under car zip ties were gone but drag plate wasn’t fixed they ordered parts and got it fixed after having to bring car back to get it fixed and had to take off work and wait for a couple hours while they fixed it which should have been done at first they then added more money to repair my time is just as valuable as yalls is thanks

The service I received just walking through the door was very professional and friendly. During the time my car was in for service the front desk kept me updated on every step which was very helpful on me knowing how much longer it should take (not that I was rushing). Once I got the call that my car was ready again I walked through the door as if I was at home with smiling faces and funny conversations until my car was pulled to the front. Everyone one I came encountered with was very friendly and professional, I would recommend your service to anyone. Thanks for all you all have done.

The repair is fine but im very upset with how im treated. When i picked up my car to be repaired at Gerber Collision, my spare tire was not replaced as promised by the lady at the Bert Kouns Gerber location(who has also moved to another) and my engine cover was stolen and not put back on. Ive called and they said they would get back with me. I have not received these items and have not heard from anyone in about a week.

I was told that they would take care of the engine cover and the spare tire that was missing and have not heard from anyone yet. It does not take a long time to replace these items. Horrible experience and i thought that i would continue being a loyal customer at this location because ive had other repairs on previous vehicles i owned before at the Bert Kouns location done right.
