Awesome job!!! Gerber Collision has always come through in the clutch for me as I've had to use them more than once. They always go above and beyond and do great quality work, I would recommend them over many other collision centers out there because of their attention to detail from technicians all the way down to the receptionists.

My car was in the shop for some time and I was never updated as to the status apart from when the work was complete. When I called, I was able to get an update and was treated warmly and professionally. It would have been nice to get an update occasionally.

My only concern was the cost. I had two quotes from other services that were around $2800. The quote I received from Gerber was $5400. When the work was completed I had to pay $6600!! Very surprised especially since my work was Customer Pay and not through my insurance.

While my appointment was in the system no file had been created when i dropped off my car. So it took longer than expected at drip off as I had to wait for them to find my insurance info and create a file. All of the confusion took an extra 20 minutes.

They did a good job, but I was a bit surprised at the cost to have a small section on my truck removed and replaced. Not certain if I got the best deal available. Plus there're were a couple spots that needed to be fixed a bit better asit wasn't like new.
