While my appointment was in the system no file had been created when i dropped off my car. So it took longer than expected at drip off as I had to wait for them to find my insurance info and create a file. All of the confusion took an extra 20 minutes.

They did a good job, but I was a bit surprised at the cost to have a small section on my truck removed and replaced. Not certain if I got the best deal available. Plus there're were a couple spots that needed to be fixed a bit better asit wasn't like new.
