I am Always happy with the service from Gerber in Slidell. From the pho e calls and the moment you walk in the door and freeted by Allie. I was always well informed by the progress and date the repairs will be completed.and even more happy when it was finished 4 days sooner than expected. Thank you for the wonderful customer service, and excellent quality of work by the shop crew.

It was the most trouble free experience I've ever had with a car repair shop in my entire life of having to deal with a car repair EVER! Ally was so kind and polite and kept me informed of every step of the process and the work was extraordinary ( the car looks like it did when I first bought it)! I'm certainly gonna spread the word about this shop to anyone who needs collision repair in the future. Thanks to the people at Gerber for making it so easy to get me back to some sort of normalcy.

I brought my car to the Mandeville location and was scheduled to bring my car in. The day before I was scheduled to be there, I was called and told that the shop was backed up. I was given the option of bringing my car to the Slidell shop. I was told that they could start the work right away... THIS DID NOT HAPPEN. The slidell location could not use the Mandeville estimate and had to get a new appraisal from my car. this cause an additional week to get my car back. in addition there is an area on the front bumper that was not fixed. I was told that the bumper was not covered. I an still waiting on an update.

I had to return my car for addition repairs to the work they did. My front bumper was not properly clipped, my rear quarter panel had missing paint, a run in the pain, and it had sanding marks

Allie at the front desk was excellent. Unfortunately each time I picked my car up no one was there to show me what work was done, even after it had to be fixed for a second time.
