It took 3 weeks to fix what should have been 3-5 days of work. I never received a call with updates I always had to be the one to call. When I addressed the problem with the manager he didnât take responsibility for their mistake and blamed my insurance company for everything. The work done was fine but it shouldnât have taken 3 weeks to fix a fender bender.

Excellent customer service! Alli coordinated my repair and offered a daily update to me and was always extremely helpful and friendly! I appreciated her service. My car was repaired with a new bumper which looks great. However, I was told the interior of my car would be detailed but when I picked it up it was not- it appears it may have been vacuumed but it was not wiped down. There was still iced tea splattered inside from my car accident.

The main part that was replaced which was the passenger side side view mirror didn't even work correctly. I went to activate the camera in heavy traffic and a huge message popped up saying that aiming was not complete. When I contacted skip at Gerber he claimed he didn't know it was a camera mirror. That's a little crazy. Now I'm waiting for my car for the second time to be completed. Gerber had to get me a rental which I don't like.
