Felecia and Brent were fantastic. They took care of everything with the insurance company and kept me up to date. I really appreciate shops that keep in touch. The repairs look great. I was so surprised when I saw that they had cleaned my car! After driving my elderly parents for 3 years, I had a lot of acorn debris from their driveway and other junk in my car. They cleaned it up and washed it. You just don’t know how Gerber helped me get back together after the first accident in my car I had bought new 13 years ago. I love my completely paid for Honda Fit that was still working very well.

I’m so happy with the job they did. I had one tiny problem and I called Brent about it and he said I could stop in to get it taken care of. I just haven’t gotten over there yet. I would recommend gerber to anyone. I was on the phone one day with my regular shop and said I had a new favorite shop. He was shocked until I told him it was for collision work 😂

There was a problem when we picked up our car originally that was quickly handled by the staff in a very professional manner. The General manager, Ms Taylor, was very apologetic and saw to it that the problem was addressed and completed to our satisfaction.
