They were very quick to contact me when the insurance company contacted them. They kept me informed of progress and personally reached out at least 3 times to verify progress or inform me of a choice with options. They not only had work done as scheduled, but finished a day early. They were refreshingly transparent with what was happening in the process and made me feel both as ease that we were well taken care of and confident that I was getting everything repaired well. They were friendly and courteous in every conversation. The final outcome was amazing and you couldn't tell that there had previously been a large dent and messed up paint--looked like it had never occurred. Fantastic work and great customer service. I would highly recommend this shop to any of my friends, family or coworkers as a great place to take your car!

Friendly, efficient, work done a day early, communicated regularly, informed when options for me existed so they could get my opinion, reached out immediately when assigned to me, work looked great....damage completely repaired to look like original state. Wonderful work and wonderful to work with!

The estimate was off - took 3 days when I was told 3 weeks ago they would get the part and have it painted before the appointment. The ladies were very nice and Becky did apologize for the delay but I feel like you just ran up the bill unnecessarily.

The estimate was poorly done- twice they raised the price- they never called when they were raising the prices- the estimate was 65 dollars an hour- then the original price was 75 dollars per hour- the actual repair is acceptable- the reason I was given was the paint was a higher price than they knew- also they had to keep the car for 3 days because someone didn’t get it in the paint machine when they needed to.
