I had a pretty crazy experience with my car & i was very emotional from the beginning. I called Gerber & spoke with Vanessa to see if they would take my car which she said of course! She was so so so helpful & excellent. Even though what happened to my car was horrible, she made the experience so easy for me & was there every step of the way! I appreciate her so much & i really do appreciate her kindness towards me & having my back when it came to the car & the insurance. I also was able to speak to Kendall for a bit & she was just as great as Vanessa! Gerber has two amazing woman at the front.
