Vanessa was THE BEST! She answered all my questions and concerns, made feel like I was their only customer! My car look like I just drove it off the car lot and I will continue to bring my vehicle right back to Gerber when needed, however praying I don’t have to! Gerber was AMAZING at fixing my car for me. Had some hiccups with insurance and they were never once irritated waiting for insurance. Vanessa was just the ABSOLUTE SWEETEST and made sure I was always updated on my car. In all honesty my car feels like it runs smoother and better than the DAY I bought it. They did such a fabulous job and have now obtained a customer for life with me. Will always recommend Gerber to anyone who needs body work done!!!

Honestly beyond superb service, hands down. Informed me every step of the way of my car repair, I did not ever have to wonder what stage of repair my car is in. Also, the trunk of my car got cleaned out, and my trunk was an absolute nightmare. A jester that did not have to be done but it made all of the difference as I'm preparing for my baby to be here in the next week. Thank You
