Poor communication, was told I would have my vehicle on the 24th. Then I had to call to find out it wouldn't be ready until the 26th. I called and found out car was still not ready. Told it would be Monday the 29th. Okay I called Monday and still not ready. Didn't get the car until the 1st of October. And car still isn't fixed . Now the air-conditioning is broke. And I have to get it fixed. It was going to be 2 weeks longer for them to get fixed. Don't know if I will ever go back to Gerber collision. I've lost all trust in them.

I recently was in a fender bender and had to get a new bumper so I brought it to gerber collision. The lady up front was very nice and helpful and got me scheduled with ease. The guy that did my quote was upfront and honest about potential damage underneath the bumper. They got the car done before I was supposed to pick it up and it looks amazing.
