No, I am not completely satisfied with my repair experience. The overall timeframe to complete the repair was longer than expected, and communication throughout the process was not consistent. I often had difficulty getting updates on the status of my vehicle. Additionally, after my vehicle was delivered, I noticed a few issues that still need to be addressed. Some of the repaired corners are not smooth and do not appear to be finished properly. More importantly, my brake lights and rear turn signals are not functioning. Because of this safety concern, I am unable to legally or safely drive the vehicle until these issues are resolved and it’s a major issue! I will need to speak with someone to arrange for these concerns to be corrected as soon as possible.

My 2026 Kia Sportage was dropped off at my house this evening. However, there are many things still wrong with the vehicle. It is unsafe to drive at this time and therefore I will be calling you tomorrow morning to have it towed to your shop and repair the rest of the items that I am not happy with.

I was satisfied with the repairs what I am most upset about is the cleanliness of the car on return there were spots where things were spilled and the cars interior was very dirty. There was grease on my drivers seat as well.
