On pick-up there was a small grey spot in the area painted. They inspected it, determined it was a flaw/error, and asked if they could keep it one more day to redo the work. I live an hour away, so they even delivered my vehicle to me as a courtesy. Very pleased they went the extra mile, and the friendly staff were great to deal with!

Extremely poor and careless service from Gerber Collision & Glass. They did a bad job fixing my front bumper—both side screws were left loose. After their repair, multiple new issues appeared: fog lights and rear running lights stopped working, and now my car shows “check hybrid system” and check engine warnings. This is unacceptable and raises serious safety concerns. It clearly looks like they didn’t do proper work or checks before returning my vehicle. I regret trusting them. Avoid this place if you care about your car.
