Gerber Collision & Glass - Springfield (Il)

I picked up my car around 12:30pm, I was given 2 new key fobs, went to gas station and realized the fobs would not lock my doors or set the alarm. I called Gerber Collison and advised. I was asked to come back to have them checked. I return at 3pm and was told the person to reset them would arrive at 4pm. I waited outside until 445pm which was when he arrived. I am totally disappointed my insurance recommended them and will file a complaint

They staff were all very professional and pleased to deal with. I had to take my car back after picking it up, but they were quick to solve the issues and didn't charge me for the extra labor. I would recommend to others.

I was very impressed with my car after the repairs I got it excellent service from the employees there I really appreciate the way they kept me updated on my vehicle as it was being repaired and was very nice and friendly to me. The work was beautiful and the staff was so professional. When I discovered there was a problem with a sensor, they went out of their way to track down the issue and fix it even though the have not had a lot of experience with Subaru. I wish I had gotten all their names so I could give them the praise they deserve. I would like to thank Erica for keeping me informed on the progress of the repair. Thank you all!

My car was supposed to be completed by January 9th. I received calls every single day until January 28th saying it’ll be done today, and then the next day the same call. I was told to come pick it up and then while driving there I got a call saying never mind because they didn’t put the window in, and then they forgot about the hinges on the hood the next day so yet another delay, I get the car back finally and it has paint compound all on the inside. I will never be back to this place an strongly recommend anyone to go anywhere else
