The work was beautiful and the staff was so professional. When I discovered there was a problem with a sensor, they went out of their way to track down the issue and fix it even though the have not had a lot of experience with Subaru. I wish I had gotten all their names so I could give them the praise they deserve. I would like to thank Erica for keeping me informed on the progress of the repair. Thank you all!

My car was supposed to be completed by January 9th. I received calls every single day until January 28th saying it’ll be done today, and then the next day the same call. I was told to come pick it up and then while driving there I got a call saying never mind because they didn’t put the window in, and then they forgot about the hinges on the hood the next day so yet another delay, I get the car back finally and it has paint compound all on the inside. I will never be back to this place an strongly recommend anyone to go anywhere else

I appreciate the fact your establishment collaborates with Enterprise rental, making the ease of getting transportation to the rental car an easy task. It was convenient having the link to view status. Staff was very informative and helpful as well. I received a personal call when I had extra work to let me know it would be longer. The parts were not put onto the car properly. The paint job was messy, and smudges from not buffing it out are visible. The detail person had the day off so my car was only partially clean. The people are very friendly and kind however the workmanship can use some work. Quality control
