Paul went over and beyond to make me a priority and get my car to me ASAP. I asked for an aggressive timeline and although it slipped one day longer than hoped, Paul overcomminicated and was very transparent. He pushed his team to work efficiently. The work on the car looks great. After driving for 100 miles post-repair, I can say I am quite happy.
