The outside of my car looks brand new. Even buffed out a scratch not part of the area worked. The inside definitely came back cleaner than I left it. Everyone working there was very nice and polite. Even complimented the car color...

They did great work and kept me informed of their progress. I'm also happy they washed and vacuumed my car. Unfortunately, they did have my car for the entire month of July, which meant I had to be late renewing my license plates. It may not have been their fault, as they were waiting on parts and received a door that didn't pass their quality control, but I still think having my car for 5 weeks is a bit excessive. Thank goodness my insurance paid for the repairs and the rental car, because I drive a lot for work and put over 3,000 miles on the rental car! If the work was completed a little more quickly, I would have happily given them a 10. They were very friendly and did outstanding work.

The car looks very good but I was given my car back with a dead battery. I drove it home after I picked it up and in the morning it wouldn't start. The battery was ran down so much I had to buy a new one.
