my horn to honk sounds very different and my door handle pops. I have been offered the option to come back and address door handle issue but with work schedule I yet been able to. I do anticipate making the time on 3/18/15

Manny was very helpful and informed me of everything that was going on throughout the process. There was more damage done then the adjuster seen Manny took care of all of it so I did not have to call or do anything. The car was done quickly and looks great. Thanks i will be referring people to the shop.

I am fussy. The overall repair was to my satisfaction. However, there were a few little things. There is some residue, presumably from reinstalling the rear window, on the right rear pillar. I have cleaned most of it. The hood was painted, but a small dent was not removed. The car is black, so this is noticeable. The proper fasteners were not installed in the rear bumper cover to install the license plate. As a result, the license plate/back up camera were not installed the way I had them. The reconditioned wheel has a mark in it. The reconditioned wheel was installed with incorrect nuts. The new tire was inflated to 45 psi. Way too much. There is a small speck of dirt in the newly painted quarter panel. Most of these are small things, but you asked the question.
