There was absolutely zero communication from the repairerā¦the truck was parked out front and I was given keys.from the receptionist- not even a greeting, ie, āGood morning/good afternoon. Good customer service involves more than completing a repair. I asked for an estimate on scratches so that I could have the work done at the same time. Just makes sense! W. Miller
