I was avoiding sending this survey in because I do not want the shop and company to get a bad remark. The bodywork that was done on my truck looks immaculate, I am very pleased with the paint and workmanship of the bodywork. However my radiator reservoir was low and continues to get lower every day due to a coolant leak that was not evident or present before my accident. I missing two screws off of my Air-Raid cold air intake. They are metric screws not just your typical self tapper. I am still waiting on the replacement fog light bulbs to come in so I may pick them up. And I just flushed my transmission and replace the filter in it while doing so I found out that it was a quart and a half low of transmission fluid. All of these things coincide with the type of accident I had and the repair work being done. The transmission is cool through the radiator and a cooling auxiliary unit. It was leaking transmission fluid at the scene of the accident and I guess it was not addressed and overlooked when it came to the repairs. I hate to leave this remark because all of the employees I spoke with including the manager himself at the body shop were very professional very polite and I would recommend the shop to anyone at any time, just a few little things were overlooked or neglected to get proper attention. We all are human we all make mistakes but this is a very good shop and I do very good quality work body wise and I’m sure mechanically was also but mistakes happen.
