I was really happy that the general manager fit us in even though you were booked. We contacted a different collision repair shop originally selected by our insurance company and they wouldn't even see us until Nov 11 for the inspection/estimate. This was a problem because this is our family vehicle and we need it to transport our kids safely. Additionally, the estimated completion date was 10/13 and you all turned it around 3 business days earlier. The car was also detailed and in better condition inside than when we dropped it off. I greatly appreciate the customer service, responsiveness and constant communication of status.
