I am amazed and astounded by the service I received on my car. I had an urgent need to receive my vehicle back and there was constant communication on what was going on with it and the progress being made. I don't like when service is sub par and no one is willing to correct the issue and or take forever to return you calls

The wrong exaust tip was placed on my vehicle. The original is jet black and the replaced one is smoke chrome black. Also the window model is not place plush with the door. I called on multiple occasions but no one has got back with me about coming back in to get it corrected. I even left a message with the front desk. Still no reply.
