My Experience

This is my second time using Gerber. I have been so pleased with the service and quality of work performed on my cars. Alex my estimator is such a hard worker and really goes out of his way to make sure everything Is done right. They worked with the other insurance company for the responsible driver for the damage to my car. Alex made sure the repairs were done right and I am thankful. My car looks perfect and I would not take my car anywhere else. These days it can be hard to find a company and employees that care enough about you and your satisfaction. I can’t thank them enough. I feel that Gerber went above and beyond as always to accommodate me needing to get my car back by a certain time. You’d never suspect my Highlander had any damage. Gerber always does quality work, the staff is kind, very friendly and very efficient.

My hatch isn’t flush with the quarter panel that was repaired. It was before I got hit. Mark, who did the estimate, knew about it as I pointed it out and he noted it. But they didn’t fix it
