From the moment I walked in the door to the moment I picked up my car, the process was so simple and smooth! Karl and Becky could not have been more helpful and friendly. They worked with my insurance company and the rental agency to make this the easiest experience possible. My car looks great, just like it did before it got dinged. They also cleaned the inside so nicely! I have two shedding dogs and I was not expecting the extra step of vacuuming the hair out! I’d definitely recommend them and will go back there for any future repair needs.

From my first contact with Caliber Collision in Sycamore, IL after my car was rear-ended, to picking up my car upon completion of the repairs within the estimated repair time frame, I was 100% impressed with the entire process. Becky checked my car in with friendly professionalism, and Mark was knowledgeable in describing what needed to be done, patient while answering my questions and thorough in explaining the repairs when I picked up my car. Text messages to my phone kept me apprised of the repair progress, and I was even able to just drop off my rental car at Caliber when I picked up my repaired car - they coordinated with Enterprise to have it returned. They also worked directly with the insurance company of the guy who hit my car, so I didn't have to do anything other than drop off/pick up my car. They have incredible customer service, they do quality bodywork, and I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat!
