My Experience

Tailended in my F-150, I was concerned about all of the hastles the come with scheduling, estimates and was delighted when I was referred by my insurance to the "highest-rated" auto body and repair shop in my area. I had no idea how one shop could differ from another after 55 yrs of driving and several required repairs. First impression, I thought I was going to an office building. Clean, sleek and atypically welcoming. Sure there were cars, but they were nicely parked beyond the office area and in a secure location. Junior greeted me warmly as I entered he and his father's business. Beautifully clean and welcoming. The estimate was quick, he knew just what was needed and set a date for my drop-off, where I could then get my rental and await completion. Throughout the several days they had it, I was kept abreast of the progress and even reassurred that they were right on schedule for completion of the job and pickup. I was delighted to meet Sergio Jr. And have already shared his information with my kids, neighbors and friends. I will certainly be taking my cars to Sergio from this point on. Hands down, an amazingly simple experience by an honest and friendly family! Thanks to your awesome team!!!

A family run shop that is a very easy to deal with. Straightforward and honest. They do excellent work and do exactly what they say they are going to do. Had our car done on time with no surprises. The repairs were done perfectly. Would not hesitate to recommend them for repairs.
