I was recommended to Fix Auto by my dealership. Once I found out that my insurance company accepted their work I was pleased. I took it there for the estimate and they set a date for the work to start and said 10 working days to complete. I was notified when the work started. 6 days later they notified me that the car was ready to be picked up. The car was delivered like it was the new car I had. Thanks Al for overseeing the project.

I arrived and paid. I went out to my car to check work and the bumper and fender connection was not correctly put together. I showed the manager and he said that they will get it fixed it will be just a minute. 45 minutes later I ask the manager when my car will be ready I needed to get back to work. A few minutes later they pull my car around. The manger takes me out to look at the area and he said it looks better. He then said something about a bracket and that I can bring it back and they will fix if I am not satisfied. I took the car because I needed to be at work. I am not satisfied and will be bringing it back to get fixed.
