Repair part was not deliver as scheduled. Lift was not available when car came to shop for estimate. So wrong part was ordered. Would suggest another lift is needed to view the damage. Took an extra 4 days to complete the job.

This is my second time using Gerber. I have been so pleased with the service and quality of work performed on my cars. Alex my estimator is such a hard worker and really goes out of his way to make sure everything Is done right. They worked with the other insurance company for the responsible driver for the damage to my car. Alex made sure the repairs were done right and I am thankful. My car looks perfect and I would not take my car anywhere else. These days it can be hard to find a company and employees that care enough about you and your satisfaction. I can’t thank them enough.
