Ther were multiple spots on the hood that appeared to have imperfections. Possible dirt in the paint job. I showed these imperfections to the estimator and we have an appointment next Tuesday for them to try to fix these problems.

There were imperfections in the paint on the hood of my car. Looks like dirt or dust in the paint/clearcoast. I was told they may wet sand it to see if they can fix it but I worry this will only reduce the clear coat over the paint. I have an appointment on Sept 8th , so I will see what they say. The gentleman that handled my estimate was shown the problem

They kept me informed of progress. They were done sooner than they estimated. They were friendly. Just don’t know why they changed the settings on the controls since they were only doing the bumper.

The first two times I never picked it up because it had a crease in the door that they put on my Tahoe and didn’t fix then when I did fix it it still had all kinds of dents and dimples in it. Also, I found some nuts back in a cupholder in the back of it that I have no idea what they went to, and also the headliner is filthy, handprints all over where they had the headliner out of the car.
