Communication was tough to establish and it felt like pulling teeth to get any communication from your team. Chris? Or whoever was on my case was always busy or didn't have any information. On at least two occasions I was told I would get a call by X day only to never get anything. Once the repairs began I got regular updates, but that first week or so was confusing and frustrating.
