The original drop off date changed from 12/6/23 to 1/16/24 and the vehicle took longer because they didn’t work it on it daily. They sent text messages stating they were close to being finished. The next day Gerber didn’t reach out to me, I had to call them and they stated they need to clean the vehicle. 24 hours later I didn’t hear from Gerber. I called back and they said they need to clean my vehicle, at this point I had to pay for my rental car out of pocket. When I picked up my vehicle it looked nice.
