The customer service was great. I worked with the secretary and one other person and they both effectively communicated with me. However, they have it listed on their website that they offer deductible financing but don’t have it set up within the store. Which was very disappointing. That’s all. I do recommend them.

The repair work was awesome. The car looked brand new. I also appreciate the extra attention to popping out the dent in the bumper that was not apart of the original repair. Also, to the work you did with the left signal and letting me know the issue for future problems. That is real customer satisfaction going above and beyond. If I were ever in need of repair work again, I'd definitely bring my vehicle's back and spread the word on the quality service that is given. Thanks for a job well done!

They took over a month to get it back to me when I spoke to the dealership and was told if I brought it to them I would have had it back in 2 weeks. I understand shortage on parts but having to spend 1700 on a rental really put me in a bind.

Three week delay from accident to car being picked up from tow yard to be taken to body shop. Our information wasn’t in the system. Not sure why. If we wouldn’t have called, we likely would still be waiting. We had to manage the communication process.

The workers were very nice and very professional. Everything was done on time the only reason I dinged them at all is because the paint doesn't match. The car is older which I understand but its not even close. Like I said the workers were great.

My fiancee & I were on vacation in Colorado and someone broke a window & attempted to steal our vehicle. Being a Sunday, it was such a run around and as very, very frustrating having to deal with our insurance automated system and with no direction on what to do it became very upsetting. After finally getting through to someone and with no straightforward answer from the insurance company, we made a make shift window, continued our awesome vacation, and came home. We safely made it home and the night before I had another local company scheduled to look at my car for repair, I was looking through my insurance app and I saw that Gerber Collision & Glass works with my insurance, so I read through the website & reviews and thought I would stop by before my appointment. From the time I walked in the door, Tammy was very pleasant, and I felt like I was being heard and was going to be taken care of. She was very friendly and helpful. She took my information to get everything started on getting my car repaired and even helped on getting my car rental scheduled. I called my insurance company and let them know I found the place I would like my car to be repaired at. :) <3 I could go on, but to make it short & sweet, I'm Happy!!!
