If I were you, I"d read the Better Business Bureau comments on your site, they are accurate, unfortunately. The team on the ground needs to be better equipped to deal with customers and the work flow you have at the moment.

communication with Jim Flohe was not good at all. He rarely returned emails and seem overwhelmed. The manager finally stepped in and helped, but the service while he was away, was not helpful and un responsive.
