The senior staff was excellent, but the young man filling in for the front desk person needs to polish up his customer service. I’m surprised there is a 3% surcharge to use a credit cards. I use a CC for points and protection, and don’t use debit cards because they get hacked often and that is a pain to deal with.

I actually had three different fender-bender incidences that we dealt with. Todd was my estimator each time and was great. Completely competent and took the time to answer any questions I had. Ron intervened with me when I was dragging my feet on getting the vehicle to them so they could schedule it and get it done. A true seasoned professional that said more than once "I'm here to help you". That helped a lot in getting the job to completion. Others in the office were always offering to help when I stopped by.
