My Experience

I’ve used Myers Collision in Trussville at least 1/2 dozen times over the past 20-plus years. They are good people, and generally do very good work, but they need better organization. It doesn’t seem that a total parts count is determined up front, after initial vehicle inspection. The customer service person is extremely helpful and cordial, but she is lost without constant guidance from the general manager. I was delayed by an airbag module (dealer installed) at the last minute (why want this part of the initial inspection?). I had to wait 45 minutes picking it up today (I live 45 minutes away) because a trim piece wasn’t lining up correctly, and an underbody wheel well flap wasn’t installed on the driver side. I now have to wait for that part to come in, and then return the car (it’s my daughters car) to get it installed. The back and forth with insurance with supplement after supplement is dizzying. The last time I had a repair, it took 7 weeks; this time: 6.5 weeks. Bottom line: It should be an easier process for your customer.

My Experience

The whole experience has not been pleasant starting from bringing the vehicle in for a estimate and being told we didn’t need one . I set a appointment to get the repairs done and right before bringing it 9 days after my visit they wanted me to bring it in for a estimate . At that point we were out of town. Went to get the ride today payed my deductible to them to find out the damages on the truck hadn’t been fixed. These were all circled when it was brought in by Angela.as of this email I have no truck and y’all have received your funds .Willie is going to try to get my vehicle back before the holidays this week . Look forward to hearing from y’all
