Gerber personnel were all friendly, professional and helpful throughout a process that was not something that was fun. The repairs were completed so much quicker than expected and the job was very well done. Absolutely would recommend! I hope to never need them again, but if I do, they will be the only choice!

I was met initially with Michelle, who gave top - great customer service center. She was knowledgeable about getting me a quality replaced passenger mirror. The experience was terrific from the time of drop off to picking up my vehicle. The intake specialist/receptionist was fantastic she put me at ease immediately and did an amazing job throughout the process. The mechanic team did a great job with the vehicle! The work exceeded my expectations. Overall I was extremely impressed and would highly recommend Gerber!

Rita at the front desk was one of the sweetest people I had the pleasure of interacting with. She’s a true treat and a perfect asset to this company. Michelle was my tech that helped be with my repairs. She was kind, informative and efficient. She kept me updated every time there was a change in my vehicle status. Her customer service skills were above and beyond what I’ve experienced. Both of these ladies were amazing and in incredibly grateful for them both.
