The administrator was very professional and greeted me with a warm smile. The appraiser was very attentive to my needs for car repairs, observation of repairs needed to be done, and assured me it would be taken care to my satisfaction. The team provided progress reports, and completed the repairs before the initial forecast date. The team went above the call of duty and provided outstanding customer service. I will definitely refer anyone to Gerber. And lastly, the team made exceptional provision for me to pick my car up after normal business hours on Saturday. My humble thanks to a well deserving team.
