While it turned into a long process, when I picked up the car the battery was dead. It tells me the car has been sitting there for quite a while without being worked on. The amount of dirt and dust is also an indication of car being ignored. While its hard to get a body shop in this area, I thought Gerber was much better than that. I'm disappointed.

The ladies at the desk were pleasant when I called. However when I asked about the progress of my automobile whoever I spoke to were not telling me the truth. On three calls I was told it was waiting processes that I was told was already done. Just guessing so I would go away.
