I believe your customer service could be better. When you are going thru the process you want to feel that you are choosing your company with trust. Alexis did not give me a warm and fuzzy feeling. When I first called as I was informed to do by the insurance company. She told me well can’t get your car in until may, to even give an estimate, once Allstate contacted her she then told me to bring my car in and no estimate but that you were doing the work. I asked about how long she could not give me even an estimate of time.when I asked if they had the parts she said they have what the insurance company ordered. All in all I was very impressed with the workmanship of my car and the timeline it was repaired. I think she gives you a bad reputation. When I arrived to retrieve my car , again I was left waiting and unknowing. Alexis asked for my rental keys, I explained I was dropped off by the rental company. Oh well, your car is ready and that the rental company should know better.
