My body work looks great! But I left the shop with a check engine light on, which I understand Gerber can't do mechanical repairs, as well as a burned-out headlight! Part of my repair included attaching the lamp compartment appropriately and I left with a non-working headlight bulb!

Left car with shop today bc replaced parts are obvious, dent still present and overall you can no one went over it for final touches. Trim pieces not clipped in and other repairs needed. Manager Linda at local location is now tasked with dealing with issue eventhough her location was not the one who did repairs. We will see how they rectify the mistakes and concerns.

The truck was a mess after Hurricane Ian. Gerber took it in on a Friday and estimated a three week turn-around. The following Friday I was told it was ready for delivery! My Dodge Ram looked like it had just come off the showroom floor. Everyone was terrific and kept in touch as to the progress of the extensive damage repair. Gave a 10 because 100 is not available!!

You did very well. Every employee I dealt with was friendly and very competent, and the interim status updates I received were welcome and helpful. The repaired area on the car looks like new. My only complaint is that your shop is so far from my place in Bonita Springs that it took a LOT of driving for me to get the benefit of your great services (I’m joking). Many thanks!
