There’s still glass everywhere in my car when they said and you would think they would have cleaned it up since it came in with a broken window.. the communication was horrible.. they said they would detail it and they didn’t wipe a single thing down or clean the glass up.. so now it’s on me! THANKS GERBER

I was at Gerber for a side window that had been broken. The communication during the time they had the car was poor and I had to call for updates. When I picked the car up there was still glass all throughout the inside and it smelled musty indicating they had let it get wet inside while they had it.

The adjuster was very nice but the communication was poor. Someone does not always answer the phone and then you get sent to a national service where I would wait around 5 minutes then hang up.
