All the staff were amazing and super patient in answering any questions or concerns. They took all the time with me, even close to closing hours. The communication was amazing and timely and I could not have asked for a better experience. Shoutout to Gabriel! Everyone here is amazing :)

Excellent customer service!…received multiple updates during the process. Repairs completed before estimated date. Staff explained every thing they repaired . Very friendly! Hope we never need collision repair service again but if we do they will be doing our work. We’ll be telling all our friends call Gerber Collision in Waukee, Iowa !

I know there was an issue with finding parts for my car. But even with that, I was expecting you would have used some adhesive to glue all the parts down flat and there was even paint transfer still on my car that I would have thought you could have painted? You did get a lot of money from my insurance company. I guess I expected more.
