Considering this was a situation where we were at no fault and had to go through the other insurance carrier. I can honestly say if anything like this happens again in the future whether it’s my insurance or someone else’s, I’m definitely going to go through Gerber because of the professionalism, great communication, and overall excellent service.

I was extremely impressed with the service and personnel at Gerber on Alice's Road. Everyone with whom I dealt, from the front desk person to the repair person, was friendly and answered all my questions, and they finished repairs ahead of schedule and my beloved car looks beautiful again. I've been telling people if they need collision repair, Gerber on Alice's Road is the place to go, 10 out of 10 stars. The building itself is very clean professional-looking.

Gerber took great care of my car! I was very impressed with everyone with whom I dealt there and with the repair work they did. I've already recommended Gerber on Alice's Road to half a dozen people and will continue to recommend them. Everyone from the front desk person to the repair person was very friendly and answered all my questions. This is one great repair shop. Definitely 10 stars.

My car came out amazing! And the outside looks so clean! The people were very communicated and helpful! They even towed my car back to my house with no expense! They did leave put my stuff from the trunk into the back seat but that’s okay since they needed that space to fix the damages. Besides that it was awesome!

Everything about our experience was excellent. We loved the text option of following the work progress. Yet the personal touch customer service was alive and well when we received a call from the Manager to update us personally, the part came in early and the work was completed early. He was upbeat and positive. He also greeted us when we came in to pick the car up. We have told several friends already about our A1 service at Gerber Collision & Glass!
