I recently had a car accident and brought my Nissan to Gerber Collision & Glass for repairs. They did a great job—everything was handled quickly, the staff were kind and helpful, and communication was clear throughout the process. I was pleasantly surprised when they returned my car freshly washed—it looked wonderful! One small thing: they added a scented spray inside, which I know many people enjoy, but I have asthma and am very sensitive to smells. It would be nice if there was an option to skip the fragrance for those of us with sensitivities. Still, I truly appreciate their care and attention to detail. Thank you for making a stressful situation a little easier!
