We had regular updates regarding the progress of the repair on our car and even finished ahead of the scheduled date provided. Also worked with us so we could return our rental car earlier then expected. And the repairs; WOW looked like we had a brand new car. Thanks to all your employees; we appreciate you so much.

Very professional process explained in detail by Tim. I was kept informed on a constant basis with how the repair to my vehicle was being accomplished. Especially pleased with being informed the first process of painting was not up to par and that the process would be completed only after a quality check to make sure the painting was done to the satisfaction that meets the quality check. Very satisfied with the overall process of the repair.

staff is solid vehicle was delayed to many time cost me 300 in car rental fees plus once i got left for GA the next day right fro t running light was out more important my left rear BRAKE light was out you would think after having the truck for almost 3 weeks ALL lights would have been checked
