I would say I was satisfied with the overall service. Only had a couple quick interactions. The car ended up being totaled, so it did not end up being serviced at this facility. So there wasn't a ton of interaction, but the staff was kind and we got the paperwork done in adherence with the insurance company's requirements. So everything I would consider totally fine.
