We experienced a second major collision only a month after Gerber completed extensive body repairs from our 1st accident. These folks know magic! Their friendly customer service is second to none. Frequent status updates kept me informed with time frames of what is happening when to expect completion. Everyone I dealt with was down to earth and genuinely concerned for expert quality work as well as customer satisfaction. Hopeful no more major accidents but if so, I'm going to Gerbers. Big shout out to Sammy who goes above and beyond in explaining processes, answering questions, and delivering exactly what they promised! Thank you Sammy! A++ for sure! Highly recommended!

Very easy to work with. Only complaint was I asked them to check my tire pressure on all 4 tires and when picking up the vehicle the driver side front tire was at 31 and the other tires were at 36 and 37. So they did not check the tire pressure like I asked. They only checked the sensors. Other than that there were no other complaints.

I was totally expecting someone to walk out with me and walk around the vehicle to show/explain what was done. Very disappointed that wasn’t done. Just handed my key and the port folio with paper work inside with no explanation of the do’s/dont’s with the paint job etc.
