The guy I dealt with is very very nice but when you say you’ll send updates on Tuesday and Thursday then follow through. When you tell me you’ll let me know how things are going and I have to call mid week to ask because I’ve gotten no updates. When you tell me it will be ready around 4:15 Thursday and I don’t hear from you and at 4:50 I call you and it’s not done. When you say you’ll call Friday around 9:00 and at 11:30 I finally call you. Nice is great and I appreciate it but I don’t want to have to chase someone down for updates and sit around waiting.
