What an amazing group of professionals! Greeted by the sweet receptionist Melissa who processed the paperwork in a friendly and thorough fashion; got detailed messages from Levi the car repair technician who kept me apprised of the repair timeline and promptly returned all text messages/calls; met and talked with Troy the Manager who was well-spoken, and pleasant—but I want to reserve my highest praise for Joey the Adjustor who has now worked with me and my family three times over the past six months for two vehicles! Joey is probably about the coolest guy in the business—he put me immediately at ease, no judgment, just superior service and bedside manner. Both my wife and my daughter met Joey and they were immensely impressed. Overall the Gerber Collision experience was top-flight in every respect.
